Question: Why does Shakespeare always over-dramatise all his plays?
Well...it is drama, after all. And because when acted out, the actors need a direction to go in and it is up to the performer to what extent the actions and the drama will carry out, but in general this is because the audience likes clear visuals to help with the story and a clear dynamic to the feeling and emotion being portrayed by scene.
