Question: Why do alot of people hate Jews?
I have noticed on tv the web everywhere there is jokes about Jews. Even some of my teachers make Jew jokes. Why do people hate them? Why do people make so many jokes about them? I noticed also throughout history theyre the most hated religion ever. The Nazis and Hitler hated them and they live a horrible life in Israel when they are being bombed and killed. Why?

If you look back over the years Jews have always been successful at whatever they do. They were always intellectual. They were always reading books, learning, even some of the women knew how to read and write. They had a tradition. You could always trust a Jew. They usually won't cheat you off.
Another thing, the Jews were known to live a longer life than the other religions. It is a rule in the bible that you always have to wash your hands before you eat. So whenever their were sicknesses going around the Jews didn't get it as often as most people got it. They were known to be very clean people.
And they always had the seventh day of the week off. Even before the Church. People were jealous of them that they had to work on Saturdays while the Jews relaxed at home.
The people in the world have always been jealous of how the Jews always managed to stick together, learn together and keep their tradition. They stuck up for one another.
When people who were not Jewish had something to complain about, they lost their job, times were bad and all kinds of stuff, why blame it on themselves? It is in people's nature that when a person does something wrong, he first tries to find someone else to blame other than himself. And why not blame it on the Jews, which people have been so jelous of?
Jews think they rule this world because all they care about is MONEY... they are selfish! Every-time someone tries to confront them they bring up the holocaust. **** the holocaust, Hitler was smart! He knew they would take control over the media and economy. **** ISRAEL!
There is an overall hatred for the Jewish people. I believe that this stems from them being anointed as God's Chosen People. In other words, they would be God's favorites. Quite naturally, the foolish people in this world remain jealous of this prominent status. The people of the Jewish status have been quite successful in many areas of business. This also has aroused the anger of those who were not apt in their business dealings. Still, this is NOT a reason to persecute and murder them. I love all people. I'll try to ansewer your question, to understand why people hate jews you must first understand the differences between chrisitanity and judaism. When jesus christ was crucified and then resurrected as the bible says , some jews saw jesus as the long-awaited messiah or son of god. These jews who beleived jesus as the son of god became christians. But other jews beleived jesus was not the son of god and that the messiah or savoir was still to come. The chrisitians persucted or punshied the jews for not beleving in jesus as the son of god by burning their places of worship or temples and burning jews at the stake, and restricting their rights such as not being able to marry christians and not allowed to take certian jobs that chrisitans could. They justified these actions by spreading rumors or obvious lies saying bad things about the jews such as that jews are greedy, and control the worlds money supply,, murdered babies and poisened the water wells, or saw them as friends of the devil, but most accused jews of killing jesus on the cross( althogh the jewish high preist were the ones who turned him over to the romans to be cruicifed). Many people at the time who could not read , and were uneducated and belevied any thing the church told them, belevied this and hated the jews and they passed down this racism to their childern (much like white southeners did before the civil rights movement to blacks .) And the prejudice we see aganist jews the holocaust and other events are examples of these beleifs. Ps. Iaserl was the homeland of the jews and they like being there.

because a long time ago when hitler was in control the germans and hitler HATED jews they would torture them and be mean to the jews beyond belief. They hated them because people felt that the jews were not pure white, so basically at the time anyone who wasn't white was doomed, but the jews were mostly picked on because they lived in the Germany area, and all I can tell you is the reason why people make fun of jew today is because of what happened a long time ago,if this event in history had never happened I can guarantee you, this wouldn't happen today, well it probably would cuz ALL races get made fun of, but i'm just saying it probably wouldn't happen as much. And also, people hate jews because Jesus was a jew, so i'm assuming that people thinks that Jewish people have an advantage of going to Heaven because Jesus was a Jew like them, I remember when I was a young girl I went to Catholic school, and this one boy in my class was making fun of Jewish people and saying that only Jews go to Heaven, and the teacher was telling him that that wasn't true. And the answers to all the other questions is that people just see the sucess people have had as jews as a seemingly easy scapegoat in the past and base their judgements on that.

Because a lot of people have to hate someone or something and it's so easy to hate Jews. We are so small in number and most people think we should have disappeared a long time ago. They believe we stand as a rebuke to their beliefs because we don't share them. They think we should hide ourselves and not have any part in the world above the 0.2% - in other words, there should only be .2% of Jews in any field and when there are more than that number in a field, they complain that we are "taking over." They complain that there are too many Jews in Congress, for example, because there are more than the percentage of Jews in the population. But if we were to take that parameter seriously, then since women make up 51% of the population, why isn't Congress 51% women? Under scrutiny, their arguments do not hold up. This was the long answer.

Most people are Christian and Muslims. Back in the day, the Christians and Muslims were cool with the Jews, but then later they got pissed at them.

I am an ethnic Jew. My late father was an agnostic Jew and my mother is Roman Catholic. My parents divorced and a grew up around a close knit Catholic community. I heard many Jewish jokes in my time from school to around the neighborhood.
I really do not know why they do it. And people that do the most damage in terms of anti-Semiticism are in denial. In other words, the real Jew haters are completely oblivious to the fact that it is a problem.
Many people will narrow the scope of Hitler and the Nazis by limiting who they were. Some Germans answer the question by denial "Hitler was not even German. He was Austrian." All of the Nazis are dead, apparently they all died after the war. None of them escaped anywhere, to South America or to the United States. Of course not. How absurd.
And there is no answer to the fact that despite the fact that Hitler was putting Jews in concentration camps and making better use of Jews as lampshades and soap. the United States never declared war on Germany. The USA remained neutral in World War Two until Hitler declared war on the United States for declaring war on Germany's ally Imperial Japan. One wonders if the US would have continued to remain neutral if Germany never declared war on the USA.
