It's hard to imagine a war between nuclear weapon states without nuclear weapons involved. It just seems illogical. If they have the nukes, why would they not used them? A war implicates destroying your opponent at whatever the cost, even if it calls for mutual annihilation. What would be the point of dropping thousands and thousands of conventional bombs in attempt to destroy each other when it can be achieved by launching a full and massive nuclear attack on one another?
These nuclear weapons states would never allow an invasion let alone a victory to their invaders so it is safe to say that if there was ever a war between the United States and allies against China-Russia and their allies, every single nuke would be launched in order to guarantee that even if there are survivors, they will not be able to start over and claim victory.
The Mutually Assured Destruction doctrine not only calls for dropping a nuclear bomb on every city of the opponent country but on every major city of the world in order to prevent the opponent to reestablish outside their country; this means, every single city, even in Australia would be obliterated by nuclear fire in the event of an all-out nuclear war. The end of the world as we know it.
USA, Europe (NATO), and Israel would win in a war because that group is basically a superpower forces that can take Russia, China, and all of the middle east on. The U.S. Navy can easily destroy both the Russian and Chinese navies. Europe or NATO can take on Russia and Israel can take on the middle east, remember that Israel was outnumbered in the war against Arab countries like Egypt, Jordan, Syria, and many more and won.
China would never do this they would go bankrupt, think about all the lost trade. The Middle east is awful big to be generalized into on entity. NATO countries also have ~10 years of recent combat experience not to mention the USA having a blotted military budget. I think that USA, Europe, and Israel would crush them.

Whether Russia would even fight is questionable. They are more close to the West than you think, and I doubt they will fight along with China and arabia.
