Question: Stopped-up Ears? Can anyone help?

MY Ears feel Stopped-up. I can yawn and my ears will pop. Or I can hold my nose and blow as hard as I can and my ears will pop. This has been going on for a while. I don't want to go to the doctors yet to get checked. I will wait for that till I go for my asthma check up again, but do any of you know any home remedies? help is much appreciated.

hi. since your ears are popping, theyre not blocked with wax. i think u already knew that. youve got sinus congestion is seems. have u, or do u have a cold, blocked nose?? im afraid, you'll need to take a decongestant remedy to alleviate your ear symptoms even if your nose doesnt seem blocked. its not a home remedy, but you can buy it over the counter from the pharmacy. the only home remedy which might work is a steam inhalation, but the effect would be temporary at best.
