Question: Question about piano music notation and treble clef/bass clef?
I'm working on a piece of piano music where on the notes for the left hand it switches to treble clef notes. I know it makes it so that you play with your left hand where you would normally play with your right. But there are sharps, so are you supposed to play the sharp notes as if it were on the left hand keys, or do you change it so it follows the sharps on the right hand notes?

You play the notes as written, just with your left hand. There's no difference between left hand sharps and right hand sharps, so I'm not sure what you're talking about there. Sharps are the same no matter which hand you play them with.
