Question: Oregon or washington, snow and water?
Hey yahoo, I'am heading up north with my friends in a couple weeks and I need a good spot that has a hotel with accesible snow, fishing, and if possible good place to kayak or if even more possible light river rafting :D!! It'll be much appreciated if you guys can provide assistance, most of the places I found are either up the mountain near the snow with river or lake a couple hrs away. Looking for maybe like 10minutes apart from each other, maybe like walking distance even.

Snow, fishing, kayaking from a hotel within a ten minute walk? You must be from California. Not possible in the Northwest.

In washington you could try the Crystal Mountain/Mt Rainier area which still has areas with snow and the White River is nearby. You can stay at Paradise Lodge: http://www.jdoqocy.com/click-3894326-107… in the National Park or there are a couple of places outside the park you might want to consider:
