Question: Obsession over a particular movie every now and then?
Every now and then I come across a movie I absolutely love, and I'll watch it many MANY times over the course of a few months and years. For example, from beginning to end I've watched:
Lost in Translation (2003) ~100 times
Solaris (2002) ~ 50 times
Gattaca (1999) ~ 40 times
Sunshine (2007) ~ 60 times
Tron Legacy (2010) ~ 20 times
Is this really just not normal, or do a lot of people have these habits and keep quiet about it? Something to worry about? I consider myself a fairly well-grounded, level-headed individual -- except for this :-/!?

It's normal I watch road trip, Old school & Hangover 1nce every month sometimes twice from last 3-4 yrs but if you're sitting there watching a film without eating, drinking, washing or (attempting) being social then yeah, something's wrong

And recently I watched 'My Sister's Keeper' and I can't stop thinking about it ha!
I haven't counted how many times I've watched it though, that is a little weird, but not too worry, we all have our 'unique' habits and some of them we would rather keep secret.
I had to stop watching The Soprano's' I wanted to be Pauly walnuts. You should be a character actor..capiche ???
Don't worry about it you just enjoy films a lot you're not crazy
I wouldn't tell people that though it could seem a bit mental but you're not psychotic or anything
I do the same thing with music
Its probably common, if you've got the time, why not watch films you like?
