You should ask him, "i thought we were going out, why would i go out with your brother?" And if you don't want to say that don't say you want to go out with his brother if you like him because than it would ruin your chances with the first guy, and you wouldn't want that. Unless you like his brother than go out with him since the first guy doesn't sound all that smart.
I don't think you're bf really loves u to be serious. If he did, he would of resolved his brother liking u. If my brother did that to me, I would of told him something. But your bf is acting like he doesn't care about u. I think u shouldn't be with either in my opinion. It seems like they both don't know what a relationship really is. U should be loved & respected
