Question: Is it possible to restore a overwritten and saved file?

I drew something and overwrote it by mistake with another with the same name. Yes. I did close it once.
I know, stupid question.
But pleaseee X(((((((( could system restore help me? :((((

Answer:

No. Once those memory locations have new data written to them, the old data has gone for good. A system restore will not work for that.

But if you have installed software such as DropBox then it's possible that your original file has been backed up to your account on the DropBox server.
