Yes, just be aware that alcohol is a depressant, so it might make you feel worse but it shouldn't mess with your medications. If you want to be doubly sure ask the doctor who prescribes your medications and they will be able to tell you if there will be any reactions, your pharmacist can probably tell you as well. Usually the bottle will say if you are not supposed to drink with them. Don't take your medication with alcohol, but if you take your medications in the morning and then have some alcohol later that day you should be fine. But check with your doctor just to be sure.
