I saw it in a small cinema in the UK a few weeks ago so it must have been out in the US already. The big cinema chains weren't interested in it.

No, I don't think it's available in the US. It will most likely be a web product. It's still very much a low budget film with no distribution channels. Just check with Netflix or Amazon to see if it's available stateside.
Rental places have pretty much all shut down with Blockbusters going belly up. Redbox is still around but it looks like it'll all be over the web or cable from now on.
