Answer:
Spay immediately, she is WAY to young to be pregnant, and you are risking her life by going through with it.
ETA:She will be happier and healthier after she is spayed, she'll no longer have to be strictly confined when she goes into heat, she wont have to constantly clean herself, she wont get reproductive cancers or the deadly Pyometra, you wont have to deal with false pregnancies and you'll reduce the chances of her getting mammary cancer. The benefits definitely outweigh leaving her intact,do the right thing by your dog,be responsible and have her spayed so she can enjoy her life.
Spayed and neutered animals live happier and healthier lives then they do if unaltered. This is a fact. If your dog has puppies you will have a huge vet bill... If you take her to the vet at all cause you sound fairly uneducated in animal medicine. Along with more mouths to feed and take care of. You will also be contributing to the pet overpopulation problem in this country. Also since you don't alter your animals the chance of your new puppies getting pregnant is very high as dogs can get pregnant as early as 6 months. So do your dog a favor and spat her or take her to a responsible rescue or shelter who will be smart enough to do the right thing for her.
Spay her. That's all you can do to make sure she isn't pregnant.
Dogs who are spayed/neutered actually tend to live longer. They don't go through the stress of being in heat and you don't have to stress about her getting pregnant. Spaying a female also greatly lowers the chance of mammary cancer (breast cancer) and removes the chance of ever getting reproductive cancers...It also removes the chance of her getting a fatal infection in the uterus.
So your dog will be happier and healthier if you spay her. She won't miss the organs she never really understood she had. She won't miss the puppies she'll never have. Dogs don't think about reproduction and mating like we do. She'll never even know she could have puppies, thus she won't feel bad about not being able to.
Yes it is bad and you should go and get her spayed now as an emergency before any pups have formed.
Apart from being a year too young, if she did get mated then you have absolutely no idea what with and whether that dog is healthy or anything. If she did then it could of been with a bigger dog and you could end up with a huge veterinary bill for a c-section. You will not come out of this well financially if you don't get this dog spayed as any resulting pups would come from a completely unknown parent and as you don't know what you are passing on then you will not be able to charge much for them, and that is if you can sell them in the first place.
She doesn't need to have puppies. Pregnancy puts a lot of strain on the body and will actually shorten her expected lifespan. Please spay her and don't breed her.
She actually will be MORE happy and healthy if you spay her.
