Question: Irctc took my money and didnt book my ticket or gave any pnr no what should i do ? will i get it back?

i used hdfc netbanking to pay for my tickets when the amt was debited from my account they showed session expired and in the link which comes under transaction "refund status of failed transaction" it is showing pay status - settlement requested . what should i do??
