Answer:

Frozen food my friend the red carboard tv dinners in stores are $1 a piece you eat two meals a day of those things thats only $60 so then you have $40 to spend on things like salad veggies and maybe a cheap brand of ice cream for a little self treat

Simple you stop buying food from the streets, only buy food your going to eat for a whole week so you can spend $25 per week for foods like buying bread, cereal, precooked beans, tortillas things that are cheap but won't get you sick

I assume you live alone. Here are the things i did when I was single, young and broke:

I got anythign and everything I could for free. Convenience stores are great for this-- napkins, condiments, etc. Get their sale beverage that's cheapest (fountain, coffee whatever is best for you) You can always find something for less than a buck. Either fill the cup with the condiments you want, put the lid on and go pay. Or grab them and bring them to the register when you pay or the cup. Really, the clerks do not care, as long as you are paying for *something*. Even at my brokest I would take 4 packets of whatever and buy a paper. Just put the pckets riht on the counter, you are not stealing.

I would get free paper towels and toilet paper from restrooms.
Simply take several paper towels and a whole lot of toilet paper-- you don't need the whole roll. Take it home and either make it fancy by putting it neatly in your bathroom or just fold it up and put it within reach.

The library is an excellent place for those paper products- if you go to college it's even better.it was easy for me because I carried a purse, you'll need a backpack or your own brilliant idea.

Also, in clean bathrooms, lift the garbage bag out of the canister and look to see if there are unused garbage bags on the bottom. It's pretty common for schools and libraries to do this. Take your one bag, and replace the original neatly.

When leaving Walmart, do a quick stop at their box for recycling Walmart bags. Grab a handful-- they are great for garbage at home and other uses.

Don't get greedy! You can always take a little bit everyday-- you don't have to take more than you need. Just let your little stash build.

It's all about finding the right 7-11 or convenience store. And, the key is to get a small amount of random items everyday.

I would carry a small empty vial with a tight lid in my jean jacket pocket. When I went to friend's houses i would snag a little shampoo or conditioner. Not a lot, just enough for a shower or two. It's also good for liquid soap in bathrooms. Just fill the small container with the soap for home use.

Apply for food stamps. There is no shame in it and you won't get much, but it will definitely help.

Be friendly to all cashiers, clerks and such like that. I was getting a free breakfast every morning at my school because I made nice with the cashier. She was really fat, and I offered to take down all the chairs off the table early in the mornings for a meal. Also, cashiers that you are nice to don't mind you getting the packets and napkins at stores.

If u don't buy ready to eat food like frozen packed or ready sandwiches or pizza... Make a menu list for the week and then change it around if u feel it's too expensive ingredients. U can also go for a change to family/friends for supper here and there.

Please do not listen to "river" that is called stealing and people like you and me have to pay for that stealing by paying higher prices for our food items. Keep track of what you spend, do not go over what you allow for your food budget There are many things you can do besides resorting to stealing. If you have a Dollar Tree (where everything is a $1 or less) you can get brand name foods, they are not outdated, they have good choices, and you can buy many household items besides food. Go to a food pantry, I'm sure you'll qualify. Buy day old bread. Watch for the meat specials. Either eat within a few days or freeze in your refrigerator freezing compartment. If there is an Aldi's near you shop there. They have the cheapest prices of all and you will save tons of money! Make sure to make out a grocery list (of things you really need), stick to it and don't shop when you are hungry. Shop right after you have eaten and watch what a difference it makes. When making a recipe, cut the recipe in half so you only have to eat it 2 times before it's eaten up. If you have to eat the same thing several days in a row you'll soon tire of that food. Make 2-3 different recipes in a week and rotate the left overs daily until they are eaten up.
