Question: Going to a good college over?
My older brother tells to really focus on school and so I do. I have honors French ( only need 2 years of it but I'm on my third), honors world history, acedemic english, AP physics, about to do Honors algebra 3/4 and PE. I'm a boy and I'm only a sophomore( I'm Mexican btw) in highschool. If I get straight A's in my classes EXCEPT AP Physics, are my chances over for Going into a decent college/university!? I hope not to flunk but it might be the case! I can't transfer out either.

Answer:
Keep up the excellent grades. Even if you get Bs it won't be the end of the world. But no way is not doing well in one subject going to wipe out all your chances of going to a good college. And definitely not if you have a bunch of As and honors. But don't give up on that subject. And don't say that you're gonna fail it because just thinking that you might fail is already half the battle lost (or so my teachers used to say) If you have to go for an interview to get in a college and they ask you about that one bad grade, just say you are merely human.
