Question: Does this girl have HIV?

does this girl have HIV?ve him chlamydia and once that happend he went to the doctor so now he ok. She told him that she didn't know she had it but it was BS to me. anyway recently she had been in and out of the hospital and loseing some weight here and there. and when ppl ask her why she was in the hospital she says nothin at all. I doubt she's pregnant and I know most ppl wouldn't tell others that they are infected correct? And plus she slept with alot of men and that's why my friend broke up with her. and she always post pictures of her getting shots etc in the hospital on facebook and saying *I almost died, I got to take care myself this time* and ppl ask her what's wrong countless of times but she never says anything. so do you think she's infected or no?

Answer:

Most people do not want to tell people that they are HIV positive. After all, it has great social stigma and is incurable and will eventually kill you. The fact that it is sexually transmitted means that there's an even greater stigma to it.
I would suggest that you talk to her about the pictures and what they mean. It is her choice of whether or not to share this information with you, so don't press her. I suggest that your friend that dated her (and I'm assuming had sex with her as well) get tested for STDs. Also remember that when having sex the best way to prevent the spread of STDs is to wear a condom. There are some STDs that once you have them (like herpes and HIV) you can never get rid of them.

Possibly
You should down right ask her straight up!
