Yeah, usually they do I think. I asked my boyfriend (now ex) out a long time ago and he always told me he liked that I was the one to ask him.
The girls I date usually always approach me first. I think very highly of the ones who do. They just waltz right past my walls and get to me so much easier then others. A very easy way a girl can do this is just to ask for some help, even just asking a question. People overall a very willing to help each other. I always wonder why shy girls can not be crafty enough to just ask for help. The old damsel in distress. Most guys would drop what they are doing and there you go, on your way to another HOT date.

Guys are supposed to make ALL the moves. But these days they've been raised to be girls. So they have no idea they are supposed to make the moves. They have 0 confidence in asking girls out. And they have nobody to tell them how it's supposed to be done. Generally it's not until they get a lot older that they realize what their responsibilities are.
