Installed memory (RAM) 8.00 GB
System type 64-bit operating system
WHAT HAPPEN'S?
The monitor goes to its default screen (blue) and the computer remains on but without the signal from the computer . ( My friends tell me a leave steam when this happens). So the hole computer shuts down but remains on but without any signal on the monitor.
WHAT CAUSES IT TO HAPPEN MORE FREQUENTLY
Lots of programs open (steam, games, google crome)
Computer being on for long periods of time
WHAT CAUSES IT TO STOP
leaving the computer off for a long period and coming back to it (Only a short term solution)
Having only a few programs open
I would really like it if someone would reply back to this :/ I am getting very pissed off and i don't what to do. :) -matthew

Answer:
Looks like you have a video card problem.
Either the driver or the card is starting to breakdown to the point of complete failure.
You need to get it seen to by a workshop and get it bench tested.
Try updating the driver first.
check the temperature of the CPU and the video card. Clean your computer inside. If the CPU get too hot, then it will crash.
Also, there might be a problem with a driver. Reinstall the sound and video drivers.
