Question: Child support question?
Hi I'm a proud mother of a lil girl 3 years old I just wanna her advice about this matter I'm having with my little girls dad. I file Child support on her dad a few times. But I canceled it after he tells me to make a deal with him if I drop the charges on him. So I did he said he would pay me 60$ a week so I agree to it. So lately he hasn't send me nothing for his lil girl past mo now! N he makes like 1000$ a week. When I asked him about the money he's gets off the subject real quick. I hate how he set n lie to me about it. I'm done with his lies so I told him imma file child support on him if he don't agree to the deal we both made to each other. So he's tells me to wait next Friday so he can send me money for his lil girl. Now I have a heard time trusted him about this. He's tells me I'm wrong to file child support on him because I'm not sticking to the agreement when he's the one not sticking to the agreement. So should I go ahead n file child support on him or should I trust his words? I'm hurt to see my lil girl goes though this matter with her daddy. Please good answers. THANK YOU:)

My ex makes about $2000/mo and pays support to another child. I felt bad, so I agreed to $45/wk. But, he could never make it. So, without telling him, I filed for support. He now pays over $500/mo. And he makes half what your ex makes with another child being supported.
My ex, when he found out I was filing, also brought up the agreement. But, being so far behind didn't help that agreement for a moment.
FILE IT WITH THE COURT. You are being a moron to keep believing his lies.
You are not wrong to expect him to support his child and if he makes 1000 a week, his child support will be between 300-1000 a month, not 60 a week.
