Question: Cheapest photoshop program?
Hey!
I'm into digital art and I have been using Paint Tool Sai for my artwork but I feel like it's time to upgrade my program. I want to buy photoshop but when I searched I saw that prices were extremely high and there are many different versions of photoshop. I just want to know what photoshop version is good but is no so expensive. I only plan on spending $200 or less.

I'd suggest going with GIMP for now. Free program, just like photoshop just lacking some features. Great program for beginners.

Photoshop CS1 or CS2. Its been good to me for 3 years. And CS5 is already out!! All the same crap!!
I'm not sure how the good the software is, but I use GIMP. You could maybe try that. There seems to be a ton of tools to your disposal in the program; I just haven't figured a lot of them out. Maybe you can give it a try. It's free by the way.
