I want to lose the thighs and legs and but and waist the most but i dont know how! i have tried exercising but im just not motivated. each day i say, okay im going to go walking today but i never do!!

I cant go to a gym
i cant do exercises at home because i dont have a treadmill...
the only thing i can do is walk or run.

i want to lose all of my fat by the summer and i want to look good in a bikini!!!
whats my best way?
tips on what to eat when i get hungry? which is ALL the time!!??
and should i walk or run? and if i walk for a half hour everyday will that even make a difference? if not, what should i do?!!

Answer:

Exercising doesn't necessarily have to be running or walking every single day. You can do jumping jacks, crunches, push ups, and even dance around in your room. If it's a nice day out, play outside, ride your bike, or in this case, take a walk with a friend or by yourself. As silly as this may sound, you can even use soup cans (not too light) to lift weights if you don't have dumbells. Also, walking everyday WILL make a difference, but these are just some options so you don't get bored. Make sure that when you exercise, you're not only not bored but you LIKE to do it! Not liking your workouts will only make them harder and eventually results in failure to proceed. Both walking and running are very good for you. Running is an anaerobic exercise, which means you're burning sugar not body fat, and walking/jogging is an aerboic exercise, meaning you're burning body fat. Both are very good, however, sugar comes back more easily than body fat. Whatever you are most comfortable with, both are good- studies have actually even shown that switching it up every few minutes, walking for 5, running intensely for 1 minute and constantly switching routines and timing, is actually better than running or jogging at a regular pace for 20 minutes. If you're always hungry, like me ;), I love having apples, grapes, pineapple, carrots, granola (homemade is the best!), eggs, and even pudding is great. Apples and peanut butter really fills me up. I also LOVE nuts!! I'm crazy about them, walnuts, macademia nuts, almonds (though they're actually a seed, not a nut), peanuts, cashews, pecans, all nuts! If you get hungry, the worst thing you can do is deprive yourself of snacks. Snacking actually increases your metabolism so that way you aren't consuming as many calories when you get breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And cheat every once in a while! If you don't, you'll just end up giving up in the end. Be sure to eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, protein, and don't forget calcium! I have dessert every night (an apple and caramel), so I eat about 5 meals a day. Be sure to eat whenever you're hungry, NEVER EVER starve yourself, and try to exercise, even in the slightest of ways :) I hope all goes well and good luck!!

walk or jog 30 min every other day and that will help. eat breakfast and light meals througout the rest of the day, with a good lunch. stay away from fast food. drink lots of water. you should be fine.
