I wipe my bottom after each defecation and check the bottom to see if it's clean. Then several hours later, I go to the toilet, pull down my pants to urinate and find there are skidmarks on my underpants. This is happening all the time! It is true I do fart a lot, but one needs to fart, expell bad wind to relieve stomach ache, doesn't one.
Any advice would be appreciated as I'm at my wit's end..

you might have abit of a leaking bum, some people just do, and poo particles always come out when you fart, i was pretty sure that everyone got this problem occasionally... if it concerns you to a huge extent its probably worth getting it checked by a doctor! could be the sign of something sinister.
